To have thriving tech ecosystems everywhere in the UK

Our Mission

Helping digital and tech clusters to grow by sharing knowledge, connections and best practice.

Who We Are

The UK Tech Cluster Group (UKTCG) connects and champions tech ecosystems across the UK, uniting regional strengths to foster innovation, drive growth, and empower local economies. Our network of regional tech organisations acts as the lifeline for the nation’s tech and digital sector, bridging local ecosystems with national policy and investment. We advocate for policies that fuel a globally competitive tech talent pipeline, drive foundational digital innovation for all businesses, create an inclusive UK-wide innovation policy, and mobilise tech communities as engines of economic growth in every region. The UKTCG’s mission is simple: to ensure every corner of the UK has the tools, resources, and connections needed to thrive in a digital future.

Steering Board

The UK Tech Cluster Group Steering Group is a coalition of ecosystem organisations from every region and nation of the UK. Each steering group member is deeply embedded in their respective ecosystems, bringing a wealth of regional expertise and a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities within their communities. Through the Steering Group, the UKTCG remains grounded in the realities of regional tech landscapes, championing a truly inclusive and united approach to the UK’s digital future.
